Party hat has a thick cardstock base and is covered in white chenille fabric. The red and white polka dot birthday number is machine appliqued to the chenille fabric. Hat has a red marabou poof at the top and around the base. Hat is complete with two adorable red ribbons to tie under your child's chin.

This hat fits any child from infant to pre-teen. It is based off the size of a typical paper party hat you would buy at a party supply store.
